As a marriage celebrant I offer professional, memorable and unique wedding ceremonies in all areas of the South Coast & Shoalhaven including Mollymook, Ulladulla, Kiama, Berry, Jervis Bay, Currarong, Sussex Inlet, Kangaroo Valley and beyond!
Your marriage ceremony: Whether you are interested in a short, simple, contemporary marriage ceremony, tend towards the more traditional or want your wedding to be a little more funky and fun I amhappy to accommodate. I like to work with you to create a ceremony that is uniquely yours.
I also offer namegiving, commitment and vow renewal ceremonies.

Isabel and Pete @ Coledale thanks so much for helping us to create such a beautiful ceremony- your guidance was invaluable. . Everyone absolutely loved it, and it was certainly a highlight of the day (which went on to have many more!)
Isabel and Pete had a backyard wedding but their backyard had the most sensational of views! A really creative couple they had a lot of input into the ceremony, choosing every word with care and their vows were really beautiful and meaningful. I loved every little detail from the words, to the bunches of wildflowers to the colourful cushions and parasols - it was all divine. Kiss Chasey took the photos and you can see more of their work here.

Richella and Todd @ Upper River Hall Kangaroo Valley.
The hall here is such a great secret location and they worked wonders on transforming it into a stately pleasure dome. Richella looked spectacular in a slinky silky sheath dress and carried an amazing bouquet of ginger - she had the required degree of height and elegance this demanded - and entered to the theme from Doctor Who which was a great start to a great ceremony.
"Dear Dallas, Thanks for presiding over our ceremony and for being such a charming, laid back celebrant. You helped make our wedding very special. Love Richella and Todd"
Nicole and Glenn were married at beautiful Riversdale, which is part of the Arthur Boyd Estate. It was an incredibly stylish wedding with many personal touches. Both Nicole and Glenn are architects and God was definitely in the details - bouquets, buttonholes and decorations created from watch parts, feathers, beads and old maps, they had nine gorgeous cakes on stands created by Nicole's mum, hundreds of crepe flowers were created and shipped from the UK - the wedding planning home base - and Nicole's dress was sensational featuring an antique obi sash. Glenn wrote most of the ceremony and it was quite a challenge to deliver, it required a real sense of timing and was a bit like a stand up comedy routine in parts so I was very pleased to hear that they were felt I did it justice. Ross Pulsford took these beautiful photos and you can find out more about this sensational wedding (there's even an online tutorial to creating the flowers) by checking out one of my favourite sites: Offbeat Bride

Karlie and Nick @ Hyams Beach. The weather was not kind in the week leading up to the wedding, - torrential rain every day! - but luckily the sun came out just for them! Karlie was a real Princess Bride and had the most gorgeous tiny flowergirls. Jen at As A Whisper did the gorgeous set up and flowers and Nora Devai took these fantastic pictures.

.Thanx again so much Dallas for being our celebrant, your help and services were amazing and you made our day even more special as we felt very comfortable with you and you made it so relaxed and casual just the way we wanted it.We had an amazing day and was so glad the weather held off for us!! mum even said when u pronounced us husband and wife and for nick to kiss his karlie the sun came out at that moment.. We were both so very happy and nick hasnt stopped calling me wife since friday.. i love it! Karlie and Nick
Karlie and Nick's wedding was recently featured on Polka Dot Bride.
Virginia and Adam @ Bosom Beach There were a few location dramas when a dead dolphin beached itself right where we had planned the ceremony and we had to change locations but Bosom proved to be perfect. Virginia was a gorgeous bride and if you look at the picture of her with her mum and sisters below you'll see gorgeousness is a family trait! It was a lovely relaxed occasion with champagne on the beach and a reception at her dads beachhouse.
Adam and I wanted to say a BIG thank you for doing an amazing job at our ceremony. Everything we asked of you, you included and remembered. It means alot to us. It really was the perfect afternoon to get hitched down at Bosom Beach! Cheers and thanks again :-) Virginia & Adam
Barry and Tegan eloped to Hyams Beach Dear Dallas, thankyou so much for helping to create the most beautiful ceremony. Having such a warm and smiley celebrant made our day all the more special. Love and kindest regards Barry and Tegan xxx
Kath and Adam@ Kiama Kath and Adam travelled all the way from Parkes with their children and a handful of family and friends to have a small seaside wedding.
Hayley and Chris @ Merribee "Thank you for being our celebrant on our day. All went smoothly and we had a romantic and fun day. It really was the best day of our lives".

Hayley was a real Princess Bride, truly lovely! They exchanged their vows under an arch Chris made especially for the day - he even carved their initials on it.
Aaron and Angela @ Greenpatch. Aaron and Angela opted for a very low key, relaxed sunset ceremony at Greenpatch. It was a Wednesday afternoon, they had the beach to themselves - well apart from the 18 guests, and it was one of those weddings where bride and groom were completely in the moment. Aaron said he first noticed Angela's long, dark hair and Angela fell for Aaron's beautiful eyes. Looking at the pictures you can see why.
Just one last note to say thank you. Everything went really well that day and you did a wonderful job.Thankyou from the both of us. Aaron and Angela.
Helen and Richard eloped to Greenfields Beach, it was just the two of them on a Wednesday morning. Unfortuantely even elopements have their stressful moments, Helen discovered she'd forgotten her makeup bag so had to make a quick dash to the Vincentia Bi-Lo - still in curlers - to stock up and because it was little overcast there wasn't anyone else on the beach, which was perfect except we needed a witness. Luckily Rod came strolling past on his morning walk and he was more than happy to stop and oblige. It was a lovely ceremony! Nora Devai took these fab pictuers and the brilliant bouquet is from Shady Fig. Richard thought it was too dark in the shop but on the beach it was bloomin' magnificent.

Mikey and Di @ Callala Beach: Mikey and Di were married in Di's sisters gorgeous garden in Callala Beach. A very intimate, relaxed ceremony with a flock of rosellas executing a perfect flupast just after the vows. Dean of Cloudface Photography took these pictures which capture a lot of the atmosphere.

Dear Dallas Thank you for making our wedding day so special. We are able to look back on it now and say it was truly perfect! Thank you for helping us to write such insightful and heartfelvows. We remind ourselves of them often. Thanks again and all thebest. Di and Mikey.
The Barefoot Bride - Phan and Sophia @ Canberra. Phan and Sophie and his two lovely duaghters flew over from Bangkok for a relaxed garden wedding at her mums house. Sophie walked barefoot down through the garden to Bette Midler's "Going to the Chapel"which was THE perfect song for such a truly joyous event
.
Two rather timid but very gorgeous little flowergirls.

Emily and Daniel were married in an amazing house in Kangaroo Valley. Just a small gathering of family and friends making the most of the gorgeous location. I recently received an update from them - always nice to hear what's happening in my couples lives:
Hi
I just wanted to drop you a note/update.First things first, we are still married :)
We also welcomed Evie May Benson in November. I wanted to thank you again for your involvement in our day in

Sharnah and Scott @ Currarong Rockpool. One of my favourite spots in the world. This really was one of those weddings where everything just came together perfectly!

At the rehearsal we decided to use one of the picnic tables near the pool rather than throwing a lace doily over something!

Geoff and Wendy got married on the lawn at The Beach House Callala Bay. There were some fantastic touches, Geoff's daughter sang accompanied by his brother on guitar, a friend had roamed the neighbourhood picking flowers for the tables and the readings were lovely but the real highlight was the prelude to the vows when they shared some of the things they love most about each other. It was really romantic and heartfelt and everyone there present got a reallsense of why they were there exchanging wedding vows.
Lisa and Toby @ the Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat
Hi Dallas, Just a quick thank you for the lovely ceremony you performed for us at Kangaroo Valley. We have many fond memories and some fantastic shots to remind us of the wonderful location, great weather and fabulous company. We thought you would like a copy of these shots - you look stunning! Thanks again for being our celebrant , Lisa Kinsey and Toby Smith.
Waiting for the golf cart. The bride and groom arrived at the 8th hole in style! Another fabulous touch was a butterfly release just after their vows.
Jayne and David @ Callala Beach. Jayne and David opted for a morning ceremony on Callala Beach leading into lunch at the Community Centre. (The Community Centre is a great find, leading right on to the beach and easily transformed into a stylish reception setting). Jayne's veil was a real scene stealer!

"David and I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did as our wedding celebrant. You were so professional and relaxed, you looked gorgeous and you helped add a real sincerity to the ceremony. Our guests also commented to us how lovely you were and what a wonderful wedding it was. You really helped make our wedding wonderful, so a very big thank you." Jayne and David Simon

Kirsten and Adrian eloped to Greenpatch without so much as a witness. Photographer Nora Devai also doubled as witness and very nice lady on the beach threw a caftan over her cossie and was more than happy to oblige.
Rebecca and Peter had a very elegant, relaxed ceremony at Silo's Estate. "Dear Dallas, just a short note to say thank you for all your help in planning our ceremony and for bringing it to life".

Howard and Cara had a sand ceremony at beautiful Blenheim Beach

Van and Daniel @ Hyams Beach. We wanted to say a big thank you for the beautiful ceremony. The day was just perfect for us!!! We really enjoyed it and it was even more beautiful than expected! Thanks for everything! Van and Daniel
Van and Daniel came all the way from Germany to be married on New Years Day at Hyams Beach. There were a few hiccups along the way, snowstorms meant fly delays and then they arrived but their luggage - containing Van's dress didn't! Luckily it made it in time.
Despite it being 35 in the shade and rather crowded we were able to find a nice stretch of deserted beach and made it all oursbeach and made it ours. You can see more of Dean's gorgeous photos by clicking here.

Another Silo's Wedding: "Dear Dallas, Thank you for making our wedding everything it was. We were so happy with our day" Ishtar and Craig.
.
Cameron and Amy @ Bellachara in Gerringong..jpg)
"Thanks so much fo being our Celebrant. Your bubbly personality and efficiency meant we always felt relaxed. The ceremony went overwhelmingly well despite Cameron crying his way through it!
Danielle and Jason @ Greenfields Beach on beautiful Jervis Bay. Dolphins appeared in the background bang on 3pm - with Danielle's atttention to detail I couldn't be sure she didn't order them especiallly!

"
There are not enough words to thank you for your beautiful ceremony. It was so special to have someone as kind and professional as you involved and we are forever thankful". Jason and Danielle

Nardia and Jamie got married in the middle of Jervis Bay on the NV Wild Essence. We moored just off Murrays Beach for the ceremony and a pod of dolphins escorted us home.
Sarah and Luke @ Mollymook Simple and low key was how Sarah and Luke described their wedding plans. Guests didn't even know they were attending a wedding and thought it was an engagement party until they arrived and saw Sarah in her wedding dress, Luke in his top hat and a bagpiper on standby!
.jpg)
"Thank you so much for the lovely ceremony you gave us, it was beautiful"
Skye and Nick and an ocean of rose petals @Berrima
Russell and Daniela completely transformed a suburban backyard into something very magical for their ceremony. One of the many great touches was Daniela opting for an anklet instead of a wedding ring.
Michelle and Su eloped to Hyam's Beach on beautiful Jervis Bay

la dolce lisa! a real bridal shower @ Jamberoo Recreation Park.
Cara and Simon's ceremony @ Kiama

Hello Dallas!! Thank you so much for being our celebrant and making our ceremony special. We appreciated how easy and comfortable it was to work with you and having a stress-free ceremony. cara + Simon
Captain Geoff and Wendy @ Sussex Inlet Geoff and Wendy created a really magical ceremony combining crystals, blessings from everyone present, handfasting and ended the ceremony by taking a spin in the little boat in the right hand corner of this picture!

Geoff and I had such a wonderful day on our wedding day and you were part of that fun. We wanted to thank you for all that you did as our celebrant. So many of our friends and family have commented on the service itself and the combination of the crystals, the handfasting, and the vows. I give you credit for having such a range of services for us to pick and choose. I have enclosed a small photo for you, the colours of the sky and the water that day were just beautiful. Thanks again Dallas for all that you contributed to our wedding day and marriage, love Wendy".
Christian and Krystal @ Jervis Bay You couldn't tell it had been hailing 15 minutes prior to the picture! Luckily Krystal and Christian didn't let a bit of rain (or sleet) dampen their mood.

Tracy and Mikey's ceremony @
Swanhaven

Janette and John @ Hyams Beach.
Monika and Tim @ Centennial Park - Monika and Tim had a very, relaxed wedding, just two guests and a bottle of champagne which we passed around (they forgot the glasses). Monika was such gorgeous, stylish bride in a vintage dress from a London market. We arrived at the Park, rose petals were strewn in a circle and then she and Tim got married.

Rebecca and Julian's ceremony @ Hyams Beach on Jervis Bay
Dear Dallas. Thank you for being our celebrant. It was so wonderful to have a celebrant we were comfortable around. We really felt we could be ourselves around you. Take care, Rebecca, Julian and Betty Jean

Casual and fun were certainly the keynotes for Kirsty and Robert's wedding. They were married on Lake Wollumboola Beach, near Culburra. A real highlight was the release of doves which made for an even grander grand finale kiss. You can never tell what will happen if you're involving children or animals in a ceremony but the doves, who had been a little shy at the rehearsal, were right on cue for the actual ceremony. A fantastic moment!
Jamie and Chad eloped to Barefoot Springs@Kangaroo Valley
The only guests were the wombats!.jpg)
Hi Dallas, We really enjoyed the wedding and are so glad we did it our way! Thanks again for everything. Jamie and Chad.
Vanessa and Wil got married at Catherine Hill Bay. It was a very emotional wedding - even the photographer, who didn't know them - cried! Because Vanessa's one of my best friends it was an extra special occasion - I got to wear whatever I liked and stay until the end!

My ceremony: My own wedding was a little bohemian and a bit of a production. We were married at the Bondi Diggers Club, now boutique apartments but then a great party venue, I wore a black ballgown and veil and I made my entrance to Dusty Springfield's "I Only Want to Be With You", my husband wore a kilt, we had 14 flowergirls all in fairy wings, a bagpiper, hired props from the Sydney Opera house and danced the tarantella instead of a waltz - so you can see I'm a big believer in doing it your own way. You can see all my wedding photos by clicking here.
